Side horse safari prices
One number, per rider, with the transfer already in it. Here is exactly what it covers, what it does not, and what you may be asked for at the riding centre.
The 1-hour Side horse safari costs €40 per rider. Every rider pays the same; there is no child fare and no non-rider fare. The price includes round-trip hotel transfer from the whole Side strip, a riding helmet, the briefing and short lesson, a horse matched to you and about 1 hour of guided riding. Nothing is charged online — you pay on the day. Sunset, sunrise and private rides are separate bookings with a price on request.
What €40 buys
- Round-trip hotel transfer from the pickup zones on the Side strip, by air-conditioned vehicle
- About 1 hour of guided horse riding at a walk
- A riding helmet, available for every rider
- A short riding instruction and safety briefing
- A guide or instructor with the group throughout
- A horse matched to your build and experience
What it does not buy
- Professional photos and videos — available to purchase at the riding centre and paid there. We do not print a price for them; ask at the desk before you agree to anything.
- Food and drinks
- Personal expenses
One fare, every rider
There is no child fare, no infant fare and no fare for someone who comes along without riding — because none of those exists on record, and we would rather say so than invent one. Children generally ride from age 6 at the guide's discretion and pay the rider fare. Anyone who wants to accompany the group without riding should ask us first.
How payment works
You reserve free of charge. No deposit, no card details, no booking fee. You pay the fare on the day. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours ahead of the ride; in bad weather the ride is moved or refunded in full.
Special rides
Sunset, sunrise and private rides are separate bookings arranged on request. Their price may differ from the standard fare and is confirmed with you before anything is booked. We do not print a figure for them, because the honest answer depends on the date, the group and what you want arranged.
Why the price is per rider and not per hour
Because the hour is only the riding. The fare also carries the transfer from your hotel and back — the drive from the ends of the strip is a real cost — the helmet, the lesson and the guide. The timing page shows where the 3 hours go.
