What time is hotel pickup?
The one question every rider asks, and the one answer we refuse to make up.
Your exact pickup time is assigned from the day's operational schedule and sent to you before the day, on the phone number you give when you book. There is no single universal time, because the route across the Side strip changes with who is being collected: a Gündoğdu pickup and a Kızılot pickup cannot be at the same minute. Please be ready at your hotel's main entrance gate shortly before your confirmed time.
Why there is no time printed here
Because there is no one time. The vehicle collects riders from across the whole strip — from Gündoğdu in the west to Kızılot and Çenger in the east — and the order and timing of those pickups depend on who has booked that day. A time printed on a website would be right for one hotel and wrong for the next, and a wrong time is worse than no time at all.
How yours is assigned
Operations build the day's schedule from the confirmed bookings and their hotels, and assign each pickup an exact time. That is the time you receive — a specific one, not "morning" — before the day, on the number you gave us. If you gave an e-mail address, it goes there too.
What to do with it
- Be at your hotel's main entrance gate — the security checkpoint, not the lobby — shortly before the confirmed time.
- Keep the phone you booked with switched on and reachable that morning.
- If something changes on your side — a different hotel, a rider who cannot come — tell us as early as you can.
If you have not received a time
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, date and reference. We would rather be asked twice than have you standing at a gate wondering.
How this fits the day
Riding is about 1 hour; the whole outing is about 3 hours from your hotel door and back, and the pickup round is part of the difference. The timing page walks through it, and the transfer page lists every zone we collect from.
