Cancellation
Nothing is charged online, so cancelling costs nothing but a message — provided it reaches us in time.
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your ride. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form with your name, the date and your reference, and we confirm the cancellation.
Late cancellation and no-shows
A cancellation inside the last 24 hours, or not being at the pickup point at the confirmed time, means a horse, a seat in the vehicle and a place in the group were held for you and cannot be given to someone else. Tell us as early as you can, even if it is late — we would still rather know.
Changing a booking
A different date, a different number of riders or a different hotel: message us and we will change it where the schedule allows. A change is not a cancellation.
Bad weather
If the weather makes the ride unsafe, we move it to another time or refund it in full. That decision is ours and is taken on the day, for the riders and the horses.
Special rides
Sunset, sunrise and private rides are arranged separately, and their cancellation terms are confirmed with you together with the price when the ride is arranged.
