Two names, one pickup area

Çenger Mahallesi is a neighbourhood of the Kızılot resort area, and the operator's directory treats the two as one for collections. On the booking form, choose Kızılot and Çenger together: there is no separate entry to hunt for, and Cenger Beach Resort is already on the list further down this page.

One spelling note, because this area is where it bites. Çalido Maris Hotel begins with a Turkish Ç that most keyboards will not produce, and Cenger Beach Resort is filed without its cedilla while the district keeps one. Write either version — we match on the name, not the accent. The others read plainly enough: Amelia Beach Resort Hotel, Casa Fora Beach Resort, Crystal Admiral Resort Suites & Spa, Flora Garden Beach, Master Family Club, Raymar Hotels Resort, Sea Planet Resort & Spa, Sultan of Dreams Hotel.

The far end of the round

9 pickup areas feed one riding centre, and Kızılot with Çenger is the last of them going east. Nothing on our list lies beyond you, so once the vehicle has your gate it turns inland.

Being last costs nothing: the fare is flat across every area on the list. It does mean a longer drive than a guest in the middle of the strip has, and that is folded into the 3 hours or so the outing takes rather than added to the bill.

The ride, from this end as from any other

Pine shade, open country behind Side, then the Mediterranean shore with sand beneath the hooves — about 1 hour of it, at a walk, with the guide alongside. It is the same product a rider collected at the western end goes out on, with the same horses.

Beginners are the rule and not the exception. From around 6 a child can generally go out, subject to what the guide sees on the morning, and every rider gets a short lesson on sitting, steering and stopping before the yard gate opens.

Weather, ground and the horses' condition can all change the exact line on the day, and an outing called off for weather is moved or refunded in full.
